Fighters are no strangers to gruesome injuries, but it’s difficult to find anyone who wouldn’t cringe at the sight of this broken nose.

Urijah Faber, a UFC Hall of Famer, put on a card under his A1 Combat fighting organization on Sunday, featuring a fight between the previously undefeated Blake Perry and Marcell McCain.

Perry’s injury is widely regarded as one of the worst nose breaks in MMA history.

McCain dragged down Perry’s head midway through the first round and landed a heavy knee that immediately crushed Perry’s nose.

Perry fought until the end of the round because he wanted to keep fighting.

When the referee saw the extent of Perry’s injuries, he called the fight off, handing Perry his first loss in MMA.

UFC Fight Pass tweeted the graphic video with the sarcastic caption, “Think it’s broken?”

Perry posted a video of his injury to his Instagram story, but he has yet to comment further.

His girlfriend Selena, on the other hand, chimed in on her own Instagram story.
